What does a pet sitter do?
Pet sitters care for your pets by making daily visits to your home. Pampered Pet Care of Atlanta, LLC® pet sitters customize each of their visits to keep your pets on their regular schedules through diet, exercise, playtime, and other pet-care duties. |

 Why hire a pet sitter?
There are several advantages of hiring a pet sitter:
- Your pet will remain in their regular environment and avoid the unnecessary stress of staying in an unfamiliar place.
- Your pet will be able to follow their normal feeding and exercise schedule.
- Your pet is not exposed to illnesses of other animals and is closely monitored by your pet sitter.
- We will provide the extra security measures to protect your house and give it a "lived-in" look from the exterior by rotating lights, curtains, as well as picking up mail and papers.
- If your travel plans change, you will have peace of mind knowing that we will be able to continue caring for your pet until your return.
- You will not have to ask a neighbor, friend or family member to care for your pet while you are away.
- While you're away, you can feel confident that your pet is in capable and loving care.

 What is a consultation visit?
The consultation is the first visit we make to your home to meet you and your pet. During this visit, you will be able to show us around your pet's environment and explain their daily schedules. During this visit, you will also fill out the necessary paperwork covering details such as veterinarian information and emergency contact information. It is also important to have 2 copies of your key available to us, which we will have in our office in case of emergency. There is no charge for a consultation visit. |

How can I schedule pet sitting services?
For new clients, simply use our contact form or call our office to set up a consultation where we can meet you and your pets.
For clients who have up-to-date information on file, you can book online using our Online Reservation System or by calling our office at (770) 248-0321.
*Either method requires that you receive a confirmation call or email in return.

 What happens if my pet becomes ill or injured?
If your pet needed medical attention, we would either visit your preferred veterinarian, or the nearest veterinarian office if after hours. We will use the contact information provided to reach you and wait for further instruction. |

Will I have the same pet sitter each time I book services?
We will strive to keep your pet sitter the same each time you travel, but our pet sitters may sometimes have scheduling conflicts as well. In this case, you can be assured that we will always have a backup sitter available to care for your pets. If another consultation is necessary, there is no charge to you. |

 Are your pet sitters bonded and insured?
Yes, all of our pet sitters are covered under our company insurance policy provided by Business Insurers of the Carolinas. A copy of our insurance coverage is available upon request. |

Why are 2 copies of keys necessary?
We require that you provide us with two sets of keys on the consultation visit in the rare case that there was ever an emergency and a sitter could not finish their sits, or got locked out, so we will always have a copy in our office. |
